can not program NOR Flash

I program file \images\2440test\2440test_L80.bin on NOR Flash(mini2440
LCD-L80) by H-JTAG after that I can not program file on NOR Flash and error
"Flash id does not match". How?

Did you change switch to NOR?

I change switch to NOR and I program file \images\2440test\2440test_L80.bin
succcess (before program file 2440test_L80.bin on NOR Flash I can program
on NOR Flash but after program file 2440test_L80.bin I can not program on
NOR Flash)

switch to NAND then back to NOR. Try again.

I try switch to NAND then back to NOR. I click "check" have error "Flash id
does not match.. Please make sure that the right flash device is selected."

I working by H_JTAG and program NOR Flash successfully but one time i erase
NOR Falsh by click in "Erase" button then i can not program NOR Flash. When
i press 'Check" or "Program" button show this error message:
"Can not download driver to specific address"
plesae help me.
