Tiny210V2

Arun
We have purchased Tiny210V2, CPU Modules as well as the development boards
from you. One development board with resisitive touch screen and the other
one with capacitive touch screen.

We are in the middle of the development process of making our own board
with provision for your CPU module in it and we are struck with the touch
screen part. Your system uses STC12LE4052 MCU for which we cant find either
the HEX file or the BIN file along with the CD. Kindly request you to send
me the same at the earliest so that we can proceed with further
development. If you cant provide the file, please give us alternate method
for connecting resistive touch screen to the cpu module. Please help us.
Hope you understand the importance. Please reply on urgent basis.

I would suggest you contact the sales people directly.

Arun
I have emailed the sales team several times but I dont get any reply from
them. I therefore tried to check it with 7" Capacitive touch screen with
GOODIX GT801 controller in it.

Wired up with the Stamp module GND,VCC,SCL,SDA, INT lines. Configured and
flashed the nand with skipcali=yes ctp=1 option.

It didnt work. What's wrong and what should i do to fix the issue.

My other question is, if i do purchase FT5306 or FT5406 IC and prepare a
PCB on myself will it work? Or should I depend on the team for some
software updates which they will nevery give nor respond.

Please advise.

I guess you read this

I wouldn't count on any support and then you can't go wrong.

Often just an answer to a request, even if is to say no we will not do such
and such, will help you to make decisions.

Sorry, can't help your display problem.

Arun
Dear davef

I never said, i have a problem with the display. I guess people purchase
stamp modules, to make something customized applications and hardware.
Likewise, i am greatly satisfied with your stamp module and performance. I
just want to get a display and capacitive touch screen from the market for
which the drivers are available and use it.
My only question was if, i do get a capacitive touch screen with FT5306
Chip from the market and connect ... would it work or should i load some
firmware which i should get it frm u or will u be able to sell me the
programmed chips.

I dont have much knowledge with software.

Please done mistake things and sorry if i am wrong

davef
OK, maybe I should have said I can't help with your problem.

I don't work for FriendlyArm. You need find someone who would provide some
guidance. Maybe, if they know you plan to buy 1000-10,000 Tiny210V2 they
might be more helpful.

I suggest you make another topic with a specific (display controller?)
question as there are people on who might help.

Maybe a look around the ODROID forum might turn up some useful information.

Good luck.
