ActiveSync failuer to connect

There is couple of posts abot same problem but dont see any solution or
coments about this problem! I am not able to figure this out for past 6
month Please any body help!!!
Problem:Freshlu louded WinCE 6 image connects with Active sync without a
glitch after a while (1-2 weeks of use )
when trying to connect using activesync 
2440 displays connection present but PC active sync giving message
"Cannot Verfy the version of ActiveSync on your device.
A prgram such as Firewall may be blocking a port ActiveSync uses to connect
to the device, or you may need to update to more reasent version
of ActiveSync on PC"

the computers I am heving this problem  have no antivirus! firewall is
turned OFF.
ActiveSink was tested 4.1-4.5

Sadly, it seems there is not solution for this.

Same goes here!

While developing applications, we have to load new image every 1-2weeks due
to ActiveSync problems :(
