VGA controller

I got the VGA controller and I connected it to the board and the screen as
lines all over... there is any installation that need to be done?

do you have the schematic of the vga board?
can u upload it everywhere?

I bought a system with linux mini2440 + LCD 3.5 " + VGA 
With the dashboard LDC is ok, but with VGA displays a series of rows.
The VGA card is connected to the LCD connector cable supplied with the same
vga.
Why not work? Occerre install some drivers? Or what else should I do ....
