VNT6656 not detecting after reset

hi, 

i have a strange problem , i am managed to connect VNT6656 USB wifi device
to wince 5.0 , after plug in the device i can connect to network and
communicate . but after power off and ON i need to replug the usb WIFI
device else the wince5 not detecting my wifi device. i am planned to put
everything in a closed box, 
how to workaround this

The best solution is to make an hole in the box so you can easy replug the
wifi.

is there is any other way in software or registry to do this.
