Hello forum I am testing a mini2440 with a Gentoo and with the 2.6.29 kernel of Friendly Arm. I have problems with the Ethernet card. When I open and close a few telnet session, the ethernet card stops working and it doesn't allow new telnet connections and it doesn't repond to the "ping" command. Does someone experiment similar behavior with the ethernet card??? Sorry for my english :-) Thank you for your time in advance!

Hello carlosC, i always have a mini2440 device at home and i always tried to install gentoo linux on it (because i don\'t like qtopia), but i always failed. So you write that you run gentoo on it and perhaps you can help me to install it on my own device? Perhaps you can guide me or write me a short howto? You write your english is not so good(as my own too), so i think you are not an american, perhaps, if u are from germany, we can talk in german (because i am from germany), would be much easier for both of us :) Would be nice to hear from hear as soon as possible. I am facing a problem regarding multiple users when iam connecting to
the mini2440 board through telnet it is connecting with one board perfectly
and meanwhile i can connect multiple boards for example:telnet
192.168.1.230 and 192.168.1.240 at a time iam able to connect with one of
the board and another one is not working even i had tried ping command also
when ever another board coming into the picture one slave is not pinging .
please help me
