COM1 Serial Port under Win CE

Hi, 

I'm struggling to get the DSUB-9 port of the Mini2440 working. A few 
questions: 

- Is the WINCE BSP configured for the first serial port as serial debug
port? 
- If yes, can it be disabled without recompiling the CE image? 
- Anybody using a reasonable COM port test tool?
- The Serial Assistant bundled with the board is Chinese only. Is there a
translation or En version for this?

It should be pretty straight forward.  You will have to use the COM Port
with the port name in the following format "ASRL1::INSTR".  This is for
DUSB-9.  Unlike windows it does not use names as COM1, COM2 etc..
