WinCE Lost the framework on reset

I'm writing a C# application program for Windows CE 5.0.And, I can install
the .NET Compact framework 3.5 just fine, and everything works for a while.
But every once in a while, when the device is reset, it deletes the
framework, the GAC, everything related to it. And My program doesn't work. 

If I reinstall the .NET Compact 3.5 again, my program woks fine.

So how can I solve this problem.
