GPIO Pullup Enable

Hi Everyone,

I was able to get GPIO enabled, however, was unable to set the GPIO pin on
GPB0 to be set in pullup mode.  What I am trying to do is set the GPIO pin
to pullup mode so I can emulate software UART in the process of writing
GPIO driver.  I know there are UART ports on the board, but unsure how to
use is properly.  Thanks in advance.
