Hello, Under CE 5.0, a folder named "ResidentFlash" give access to the NAND flash to store files that are not erased after power off. Under CE 6.0, this folder doesn't exist. Does someone know how to configure the registry to have the same folder ? Thanks domdom
Can't you just create it in the platform.BIB file or platform.DAT somewhere similar? Thank you, Errol
Is the CE 6 project configured for a ROM-only file system? If it is the "Resident Memory" drive WILL disappear.
I tested Rom-only and Rom&Ram. Why Resident Memory should disappear in Rom-Only file system ? Isn't possible to have one part of the NAND flash configured for the system and the other part for a flash drive ?
Dear all, I am new in Mini2440 and windows CE6. I downloaded some wince6 image, and even built my own image, however i am not able to see the ResidentFlash Disk in "MY Device" inside windows CE6. I previously has windows CE5 running on Mini2440 and i can see the Resident Flash (i.e. the 1GB NAND i have on my MINI). I know this should be very basic, can anyone help
