Where I can find CE 5.0 Image form Micro2440 ?

Hello!
I have 3 mini2440 7" 128 Mb and I have built WINCE 5.0 for them and
everything is ok. Now I tried to download the same image on micro2440 7"
256 Mb and WinCE starts after the download....but when power down, change
the NAND/NOR switch and restart again ... wince doesn't start! Is the 256
Mb board different ? Anyone have some idea about this ?

it seem you are to upgrade supervivi.

upgrade your supervivi with the jtag.

The supervivi stores in nor or in nand?
To what version of the supervivi? In nor i have version 2.0
