Ribbon cable to connect GPIO's

Hi,
I would like to connect the mini2440 GPIO's to the some external HW.
can anyone recommend a part number and a supplier for the 34 flat cable?

I am really bad on HW and I found so many variations for flat cables

Make sure the wire spacing or pitch is correct.  I bought a metre of 34 way
cable and it is too wide! Must be the original ribbon cable format.

Thank for the help but I still prefer to get the cable for CON4 on its own.
I need to get more than on and I don't need the full kit

The ribbon cable has a pitch of 1mm.
