How to use usb camera in win ce 5

Hello guys.
I have a mini2440 3.5" and I need to use usb camera but the software that
Im using, cant recognize the webcam correctly.

what is the best way to solve it?

I have downloaded a c# project (WEBCAM.NET) that uses a camera driver named
webcam.dll but it does not workes properly.

it does not return any error but also does not capture picture. I debaged
it and I think it the problem is the camera driver.

do you have a  proper camera driver for win ce 5?

he uses.
