h-Jtag does not find device

Hello all,

Because I get errors flashing the WinCE6 NK.bin I want to update my NOR
bootloader to the latest version. I have installed H-Jtag 

When I attach my device to the parallel port using the cable that was in
the package H-tjag does recognize any device automatigically. When I switch
to custom settings as described in the manual found on this site It stil
says: no devices detected... When I test my LPT port I says that it works
properly..

What do I do wrong? I set the switch to NOR flash have the JTag attached
and then power on the board... 

Suggestions anyone??
