boot of nand-128MB problem

Hi,
 I am using mini2440 with 128 mb nand.In this I done Linux installation
through the
          1)--> u-boot-128.bin,
          2)--> linux kernel 
          3)--> GPE.

But,After installation I on the board.Just display came like below

and after some time system not getting on.

hello,
    I get the same error too. I am trying to install linux u-boot + linux +
rootfs(jffs2) on mini2440(128Mb version). I get the same error as above.
Can anyone please site why this problem occurs and steps to overcome it.

By the way, I looked at the above link and found no relevant solution.

Maybe you need to define the correct offsets and sizes of the partitions in
mach-mini2440.c before compilation.
