Hi ,

I bought CAM500A but can't see its debian driver for Nanopim3.

Where is it?

Driver is pre-installed (ov5640) in kernel.
To use the camera in Debian, use this git repository: 
https://github.com/friendlyarm/nexell_linux_platform and run the example
nanocams app.
None of the other files are required to run as they are built-in to your
Debian.

     The latest NanoPC-T3 image has supported ov5640&#65292;you can
download ROM from wiki.
