Electrical specification of MiniBoard

Hello,
I have acquired a Mini2440 board, and wanted to connect some own made
boards to it.
Is there anywhere a doc that describe electrical specifications of this
board?
What about max frequencies? what is max read/write frequency to RAM?
What are the specifications of the ADC on the board?
