WinCE6 won't start after restart

Hi.
Today I finally build myself a WinCE6 binary file, using Visual Studio 2005
and the Platform Builder.
It works fine just after programming, but when I restart, it never comes
any further than showing the loading screen!

Could this have something to do with the supervivi inside? Do I HAVE to
update that using JTAG, or isn't it enough to update it using (v) in the
supervivi menu?

OBS.: I have used the nboot and the supervivi in the CE6 BSP!
