Hi everyone. I got a mini2440 board last week and I would like to build Win CE 6 for it. I have got alot of experience with Visual Basic .NET (2008) already, so it Win CE 6 which uses .NET 3.5 would be great when I'm going to develop applications for it! So now I've installed everything on this Microsoft page: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsembedded/en-us/products/windowsce/gettin... But I can't find anything about the mini2440 in the installed folder! Also do you have any guide, or can you guide me how to make the binary WinCE file (nk.bin)? Best Regards Thomas Jespersen
How to get started with Win CE 6 building?
Here is a tutorial on mini2440 and WinCE 6: http://www.domodom.fr/spip/spip.php?rubrique3&lang=en Rgds, Andreas
hello, I am not able to install "Visual Studio 2005 Trial". Which operation system is it made for? - windows XP / 2000 always get an error, when I open any setup.exe. please help, Mathias Tantau
Visual Studio 2005 works great on Windows XP (SP1,2,3)/Vista, Seven. Maybe you download it with errors? Try to re-download files.
The Visual Studio 2005 Trial from the Microsoft site seems like it is corrupt. There are many people that have had the same problem. I downloaded it 3 times and it did not work on Vista or on XP. After burning the img on a DVD, the files cannot be read or they are empty. I decide to order the trial DVDs from Microsoft instead. There is a link that works but it is a MSDN 90 day trial version: http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/1/4/e1405d9e-47e3-404c-8b09-489...
