Mini210s unable to record audio on Linux or Android

I am having problem recording on mini210s on Linux. The problem is that
when I run arecord -d 10 test.wav there is not audio during playback(only
static noise can be hear). I have verify that aplay and speaker-test works
fine.  Also the device are detected as well.  Hear is the output of arecord
-lL
null
    Discard all samples (playback) or generate zero samples (capture)
