screen vertical position

how to change vertical position of android (linux) screen?

i am using LTE480 LCD , but a white bar appears on top of screen. how i can
adjust screen up. (shift entire screen 100 pixels up).

display drivers are in : /drivers/video/samsung/
but i cant find any thing like an offset there :(

Do you see the whole screen?  The size is set in the kernel for my
mini2440.  Which unit uses the LTE480?

yes i can. i can change screen resolution too. but entire screen shifted a
little down.
