where can i download ramdisk.gz dor creating yaffs2 file system with MTD
utilities ?

i have ubuntu 9.10 and micro2440 256 MiB

i must created first image ramdisk and after obtain a ramdisk.gz
after i can create yaffs2image with mkyaffs2image it seem.
