Tiny4412: bare metal tutorial + UART output in english?

Hi everyone,

do you guys have any references to bare metal tutorials for the tiny4412
that explains how to write hello world, compile, load to the board and use
uart; in english?

I already searched the internet a lot but 99% of the tutorials are written
in Chinese.
