CE Boot time

I'm using the mini210 running CE 6.0.
If I boot with the image from friendlyARM, it boots in 8 seconds.
If I boot with the image I built, it boots in 30 secs.

I see in the manual for the mini210 that the BSP supports Rapid System
Booting in 8 seconds. Do I need to "turn on" this feature when I build my
image?

Any help would be appreciated.
