Set SDRAM refresh rate on Tiny4412

Hi all,

I am trying to set the refresh rate for the external memory (SDRAM) for the
Tiny4412 in the bootloader. Right now, I am digging through the u-boot code
base to find the corresponding piece of code.

Do you know, which part of the code takes care of the DRAM refresh rate? If
so, do you know in which file I can find it?
