WinCE persistent file system

Hello,
I use the mini2440 over 5 years now.
But with the newer boards, the OS needed to be recompiled using the new
BSP.
The problem I'm having is that I cant make the nand flash persistent and
show de 200Mb+ as a drive when I plug the mini2440 with usb.
Can anyone help me a little please?

     Can you re-describe your problem rightly ? I can not understand
clearly . If you use the newset 2440 , you must use the newest BSP .
