windows can't boot after installing

hi

i build windows ce6  nk.bin file   and jtag flash whit new version of
supervivi  

every thing is ok , and windows ce6  is running after instal,  but when i
reset  mini2440 board OS  can't start and display is white

i have that proplem whit  ce5 , 
befor jtag  my board windows ce5 work as well , but now i have  serious
problem 

when i type X in supervivi menu  
[x] bon part 0 320k 2368k             

result is very bad !  :(

Try files from www.arm9.net, becouse files from friendlyarm.net coused at
my device the same - WinCE didn't want to start. Files from arm9.net work
fine.

my  ce5 work fine befor i jtag mini2440  , but after jtag my board it can't

i try with arm9 ce image  but my problem not solved


when i type x in supervivi menu all block is bad  .it possible nand flash
is damaged?
