Getting Junk character in minicom

HI All, 

I am getting junc character when connecting using minicom ...

I am using usb to serial converter.
In minicom I have changed the serial device as /dev/ttyUSB0

I am not sure what the problem is..

First thing I'd check is ... have you set up the baud rate correctly.
