problem with superboot booting process

problem with the mini2440 NOR flash . while i am trying to boot my
friendlyarm board , i am getting the following messages in minicom terminal

after getting this msg nothings happens , i am not getting the menu as we
get in supervivi boot loader . plz tell me the way of NOR flash booting
process for FriendlyARM having superboot boot loader . 

plz tell me the detail process how to format the sd card in linux os and
which file to store in that sd card in which directory . thanks
