Failed to install linux from SD CARD

hi,
I'm got failed while install linux to  Tiny 6410
It show that failed while install rootfs_qtopia_qt4-slc.ubi at 95% of
progress

in my board Nand flash is 1GB but wen i insert the sd card and turn on the
board it shows 256MB RAM and NAND flash 128MB(slc).

if rootfs image size less than 120MB it works fine,means i installed
Android its file system is 103MB

Linux rootfs_qtopia_qt4-slc.ubi is 134.8MB so Problem is NAND size,i
checked that part number it is 1GB  but it is showing 128MB on screen i
dont know what happened please help me.
