Tiny6410 not boot from NAND after install from SD card

Hi you!
I installed OS(Linux, Android, WinCE) from SD card for tiny6410 board. It
done(copy 100%). I switch mode to boot from NAND but not success. On LCD
display: "FrendlyARM Enhanced calibration utility. Touch crosshair to
calibrate. TouchDevice: /dev/touchscreen-1wire".
I don't know how to fix this problem. Can anybody help me? Thanks you very
much!

I touched + symbol, it can move around LCD but nothing happen. Please help
me!

You have to touch at it right 5 positions, if you touch fail even 1 mm it
will let you touch it again and again.

top conner, right bottom conner, left bottom conner and center?

Yes they're, isn't it finished after you calibrate it ?
