Arman
Hi,

I couldn't install android properly, too.

It seems to be installed, because when I connect the board via miniUsb to
my laptop, it shows the default android folders, however the H43 LCD does
not work at all.

I followed the instructions in this page : http://nanopc.org/dev/224.html

How can I access to the Console and have installation logs as you did? I
want to know what is going behind the scenes!

roger raphael
The way I access the console is using the UART0 check the user
manual/schematics to make sure you get the right UART port depending on the
old or new version of the board. The UART is operating at 1.8V serial TTL
so be careful how you interface this to your laptop/pc serial port. You
will need level shifters or perhaps do as I did with a ft232rl externally
referenced at 1.8V rather than the 3.3/5V ref available from the ft232rl
itself. Set the baud etc as specified in the user manual. Use putty or
hyperterminal on your pc/laptop and you have your console active.

-Roger

nano
did you got a dvd? i got my nanopc but no dvd :(

Arman
Thanks roger, I did it, using a MAX232 level shifter (ttl to rs232)

nano : no, I didn't get a DVD too. Nano PC team really socks.

I don't have Android Source code,
I don't have Hardware library for android,
I don't have a proper support, I don't have ANY support.

I don't have a sh** :|

FRIENDLY ARM SUCKS

Roger C Raphael
Everything in the DVD is downloadable at www.nanpc.org or google around you
are sure to find what you need.

Arman
No Roger, there is not.

Look at this page :
http://nanopc.org/dev/224.html

Links to FriendlyARM.ini are broken, and there is nowhere in world you can
find them.

Same applies to Android source code, Android Hardware library (.su files).

Diego
my Nano-PC also shows:

I had the same problem, I try to install android 4.2.2 without success, I
donīt have the UART cable or LCD display and could not see what was the
problem. simply the led of nanopc and I supposed that I had the same
problem of Roger. I write a email for friendlyArm and they send to me this
link https://www.sendspace.com/file/yntz58 with a new version of android.
With this version I could install and see in the screen with my HDMI the
Android.

If the link is broken can contact with me by email: dabonillac@gmail.com (I
speak best spanish and portuguese)

Porske
Alejandra can you reupload the file that you used for the flash? the link
are down :(
Can you also explain the procedure that you used for the flash?
thanks a lot!!!

Ehsan
Hi guys,

I faced the same error and I found out it was caused by "Superboot4412.bin"
file. DO NOT use the file suggested in this link
"http://nanopc.org/Support_Download.html";
Instead of that, when you get the android package form ROM download section
of the same link, extract it and use the "Superboot4412.bin" file inside
the package. You should refuse the SD card from which you load and install
the OS.

good luck

Porske
Exact Ehsan you're right!!
I also solved in this way my installation problems :D
