Difference between "stamp module" and SDK board

What is the basic difference between the Stamp Module and SDk Board?? Can
we use Stamp Module as the SDK Board??

For Construction, Mini2440 has 4 layer PCB and Micro2440 has 6 layer PCB.
Working of both board depends on firmware/software you are using.
Yes, Micro2440 will work like mini2440.

Can we use the stamp module of micro2440 i.e. CPU+Required memory without
the SDk board i.e. other hardware provided with it.??
