PC does not detect my mini2440 running win ce 6

I am trying to develop applications on my mini2440 and I succeeded to build
and upload my own image of wince 6 on that.
Now the problem is that neither my own image of wince nor the existing
images have usb enabled! I mean when I connect my board to PC by usb cable
nothing is detected in winxp device manager.
for more information I have checked the following items in my catalog list:
1- core os\cebase\applications - end user\ActiveSync
2- core os\cebase\applications - end user\ActiveSync\File Sync
3- device drivers\usb function\usb function clients\Mass Storage
4- device drivers\usb function\usb function clients\Serial
5- device drivers\usb function\usb function bus drivers\Netchip NET2280 USB

again I insist on the fact that no "usb device" or even "unknown device" is
detected in my pc(winxp sp3) when I connect mini2440 by usb cable.

I tested the same board and wince image with windows xp, win7 and
winserver2008. nothing happens and no new device adds up to device
manager........... :|
