why this error occured and how to solve this????

Your rootfs is broken. Missing library for example. Wrong compiler. And
thousends of more reasons...

I solve this problem next is how to enable ethernet and how to start in
MINI2440 and there is no node in /dev how to insert this

"ifconfig" is your friend. Network devices are special. They do not have a
corresponding device node in dev/
