arm-qtopia and x86-qtopia
arm-qtopia is qtopia compiled for your board. x86-qtopia is qtopia compiled for your host (PC) Look at QT 4.6 it better then qtopia :)
Hi, I am having trouble building x86-Qtopia and arm-Qtopia. I am running Ubuntu 10.04LTS and have Qtopia 2.2.0 on the Mini2440 (Linux kernel 2.6.3.2 -FriendlyARM). I have been following the instructions in the link here: http://equallybad.blogspot.com/2010/02/project-how-to-setup-default-dev-... but I am still getting warnings and errors. I have tried using both gcc arm 4.3.2 and gcc 4.4.3 but still the same problems. Anyone have my set up and have it working or can help me out?
Update: Sorry for the typo but the linux kernel is 2.6.32.2. I let the build for x86-Qtopia complete despite the warnings and was able to run-hello and see the emulator display successfully (app seems to work, clicking on the Hello button on the Virtual framebuffer window displays "Hello, Qtopia world!") There is a warning in Terminal however: Warning: QSocket:writeBlock:Socket is not open.
