Supervivi menu not display in NOR

hi, 

  i tried connecting my newly bought mini2440 into my pc through USB port &
Serial cable.when i turned on the power the supervivi main menu did not
appear. what seems to be wrong? 

In NAND --> OS also not booting(displaying). 
 
I freshly load the supervivi file into my mini2440 through a H-JTAG. But
same thing happen after loading of supervivi file.

Is your serial cable ok and not crossed?
Correct com port settings?

What does DNW say in heading? COM:X? USB:X?

If USB:OK then board ok, you just not see menu. Maybe wrong COM port.

Mine say [COM1,115200bps][USB:OK]. But your com port might be different.
