Qtopia and QT ?

Qtopia and Qt is a same name ?

for example QTopia4.5 and QT4.5 ?

Hi

Qtopia is a PDA desktop environment. it's based on Qt/Embedded lib.
Qtopia has Phone version too.
but both them(Qtopia PDA & Phone) is stopped now. Qt or Qt/Embedded is
going on under nokia.
