LCD gets blank

hi,

I have mini6410(WinCE6.0) + LCD2VGA converter. I have used 18.5" LCD
monitor in my application.
I have encountered a problem that, the screen goes blank. It neither  shows
any signal error.
I have checked connections and seems ok. also restarted the mini6410 board
via reset key, but still problem remains as it is. BUT after power off and
again power on the complete system, I will get everything working fine.

What should be the issue? 
Help me resolve this problem.

Hi,

Issue is with Power related. Inrush current causes the device LCD Screen
blank.

explain me? At what state, did u came across the issue?
