supervivi Bootloader upgrade

I have been using Mini2440 from past one year and now we ordered one more
mini2440 board recently and found supervivi bootloader missing.

I get the following message when connected in NOR mode

Superboot V1.0(20130514) for Mini2440 by FriendlyARM

Try to find SD card...... not found.

Can anyone help us to figure out how can i reset back to Supervivi
bootloade instaead of superboot.

If not how can i use the superboot to flash my u-boot uimage and rootfs on
this card.

"Converting Mini2440 to Supervivi:

The current Mini2440 Bootloader is Superboot2440, which can run or install
an OS from an SD card without needing a PC. It does not handle all
situations we are used to with Supervivi and DNW. Now it is a simple to
convert your Mini2440 back to Supervivi. Simply format an SD card to FAT32
on a PC. Unzip and transfer these files to the SD card. Make sure they are
in a directory called "images". Lock the SD so the contents are safe. You
can use a small SD. These files are tiny.

Set the Mini to NOR mode and insert the SD. Power on. There are no sound
signals but if you have serial attached - after all, you probably intend to
 use DNW - you will see some progress text and a note to reboot when it is
finsished.

Remove the SD, set to NAND and reset or power cycle.   Done - Use DNW to
install your images."

I performed the steps using the SD card as you described and I got the
##### FriendlyARM BIOS 2.0 for 2440 ##### with all the options listed under
it.
Now I want to flash the NK.bin. So I type 'w'. but when I do so, a message
comes: 'Clear the free memory' and USB gets disconnected automatically.
i.e. earlier it used to be USB:OK, and now it changes to USB:x.
The 'clear the free memory' message remains there and nothing progresses
ahead. Please help me out on this.

       I am new to friendly arm(Mini2440). I am also facing the same
problem. but i tried to load image through PC. when i typed 'w', i got a
message that "clear the free memory" and immediately USB get disconnected,
its shows that USB:x... .thats it.. i struck there... i couldn't move
further....
 
       if i get immediate solution it will be fine... please help....

Anybody found a solution to this USBx issue? The USB seems to be working
fine for NAND backup/restore, but not for WinCE NK.bin download (w command
on DNW). Thanks...

I have the same problem. I found that there are something different in the
new board (the memories .???.). 

For a long time testing different options, I has verified that the
supervivi don´t work in the news mini2440 to transfer the WinCE kernel.
Only with superboot it is possible to do. But only work kernel (nboot an
nK) created with the last WinCE 6 BSP.

I did the test with mini2440 and micro2440 SDK. The older boards with
samsung memories work fine. The news with different memories don´t work.

We have not a solution at the moment.

I will publish any solution when I find it

I've just tried to download nboot and nk with the minitools but it was
impossible. There's not a problem with the board, because i have 7 new
boards and all do the same. The only way to work with them is burning the
nboot_p35 and NK_P35 you uploaded using superboot to do. But, I need to
modify the nboot and NK to include some features that my project need (some
especific drivers, image in the booting, etc..).

Please, upload you windows CE BSP  which was the platform to make the
NK_P35.

Bios window not coming in DNW tool what could be the promblem,already
checked the serial there is no promblem with it...please can any one help
me.

first load the supervivi file through bu using H-JTAG. then u will get BIOS
file.

          I have load the supervivi through HJTAG but still I cannot load
my wince6.0 image I feel they have change some hardware and we have to
update the wince image.Anyone has built NK_A70.bin then please share to
help all.
