You sure that is the NOR chip you have?

Just install HJTAG from the DVD or ISO on a Windows PC. XP works best I
find. The Mini just needs power and the Wiggler clone JTAG adapter (you
need an old PC with a true parallel port).
Andahammer.com has a doc they wrote JTAGingTheNor.pdf you can download with
all the instructions.
