Please help to compile rootfs/yaffs2.

I am using mini2440+lcd 3.5

What are the tools required to create rootfs/yaffs2.
How to include busybox in creation of rootfs/yaffs2.
please suggest me some references,whre can i get information.

toolchain:arm-linux-gcc-4.3.2
Operating system :Fedora 6
