PING Error 11010

i use s3c6410 with smdk6410 wince
i ping gateway 192.168.1.1 and it has ttl reply in all of my smart device
but if i ping smart device with other smart device i have this error
" transmit failed error code 11010 "

my config is 
gateway : 192.168.1.1
subnet mask :255.255.255.0
IP : 192.168.1.14 and 24 and 28 in 3 smart devices 
i have Network Utilities(IpConfig,Ping,Route) in Platform Builder ..
and my Dm9000 config Dlink network adapter mac address ...
 192.168.1.14 ping 192.168.1.1 ttl reply
 192.168.1.28 ping 192.168.1.1 ttl reply
but 192.168.1.14 dont ping and make 
transmit failed error code 11010
please help me .

Hope you're connecting your target with PC(HOST).

Have you run tftp? and Can you run Wireshark Application.

If you didn't run wireshark.Better run that to find whether did you receive
what type of packets you have received.

i use this app and i know that my mac address that i set in eboot dose not
use in DM9000 it use default mac 00.00.ff.ff.00.00
now this is a new problem ...
how can i change it after make NK.BIN and set it without eeprom ...
