Unfortunately. System UI has stopped

Hi  !

Android 4.0.3 March 2013 version (the latest with the Google Play included)
on the Tini210SDK CAP7.
This is the message that now appears every 10 seconds on the UI.

Unfortunately. System UI has stopped

I tried to reset the machine (Settings/backup & reset) but is still coming
out.
Now, before to reflash, I wonder if somebody else experienced that and if
there is a possible explanation.

Did you try looking through logcat? that might give you a bit of a clue as
to what is going wrong.

I can't look the logcat because I can not have the board recognized by the
ADB (the other problem) so I don't have a clue :)
