I've added SAPI into platform builder and rebuild it. I have sapi.dll and
sapisvr.exe (and after compiling my project VS gives me
Interop.SpeechLib.dll)
and I've developed an application based on VB.net for speech recognition
but when I run it on my device it makes an error with this details:
COM object with CLSID '{47206204-5ECA-11D2-960F-00C04F-8EE628}'
can not be created due to the following error: 0x8004503a.
anybody has any idea about it?

Hi I've added SAPI to winCE5.0 platform builder and I don't have winCE6.0 setup after building in folder \windows it has sapisvr.exe and some dll those names are contain "sapi" I don't know what are they? but this error code is about unregistered dll files which are in COM service. but How can I register that? I know that in windows XP we have regsrv.exe and it makes register those .dll files that I you want but winCE doesn't have this file!!! if you search about this error code you can find some comments and questions about sapi in wince but I couldn't find the solution. thanks

For CE it's called regsvrce.exe http://www.ivcdisplays.com/zip/regsvrce.zip Copy regsvrce.exe to the mini. When you run regsvrce.exe it will prompt you for the filename.
