Error : Permission denied when start up Android in Mini2440.

Am working on booting android 2.1 to the mini2440..using supervivi..
I could load kernel.. kernel s pointing to yaffs .. but couldn load..
asking for permission... i got this error.. just go thru last 10 lines..
repeatedly getting that error..I will be very thankful.. pls help me...

You instruct the kernel to use a larger NAND device (I guess a 1 GiB type)
than available (available is 128 MiB). This must result into a broken root
filesystem and the errors you got.
