FriendlyARM usb driver installing problem

Hi everyone!
My problem is usb driver installation.I try to install usb driver on win 7
32 bit,but failed.The error message is : "Runtime Error, abnormal program
termination"
My board is tiny 6410
please help me.thanks

In folder driver that you unzip. \Copy file SECBULK.sys to C:/... which
required...
