how to restore nand flash if i dont have back up

hi 
this is the first experience for me.

i am using mini 2440 W35. 

once i tried to format the nand flash and restore the same but in the mean
while i forgot to save the back up of the nand flash. 

so now iam struggling so much to restore the nand flash can any one help
for regarding this.

Does anybody can contribute with some information?

With Nand flash memory, you needn't back up,you can load again easily :D
