128Mb Hardware issues

fatbrain
Hi
My board (128Mb)is having issues

1) When I put it it NAND mode it refuses to boot and to boot I have to
switch to NOR mode and go Boot the system (b key)

2) After formating from supervivi and flashing the kernel and the rootfs no
change same behavior as (1)

3) I noticed led1 is flashing and led 3 is always on, when in supervivi or
otherwise.

Any idea what is going wrong one hypothesis I had is there are bad NAND
locks which have not been marked (no bbt) as bad hence the issues.

Is there any I can mark the nand bad blocks after formatting, something
like in u-boot ( nand createbbt) from supervivi or any other way to do it.

OR

Has there been a hardware failure ?

Hi

if you are using the Latest software (2010), you must update the
bios-supervivi in NOR flash first.

p7 of Mini2440 Downloader Instructions implies that bad blocks are managed
by Supervivi. It certainly happens a lot faster then when using u-boot.
