LCD schematic for 3.5" board?

Hi, 
I'm looking for the schematic of the board that interfaces the Mini2440
with the Toppoly 3.5" LCD. 

Does anyone have it?

I was looking at the 3.5 LCD schematic, but I can't understand the
"meaning" of the U1/U9 part. Does anyone knows its usage?
